Investigating
Overview of the issue - As of 10:00 BST today, Thursday 25 July 2024, there has been a service outage with Rabobank in the Netherlands, which means that any Yaspa end user will not have been able to make a successful payment with them. - Rabobank is aware of the issue and is working hard on a swift resolution.
What Yaspa is doing - We have temporarily removed the Rabobank logo as an option from the Yaspa 'bank selector' screens for new payers. - We are also looking at inserting a redirect for any returning payers who had Rabobank set as their preferred bank; this may take some time to implement. - All other banks in the Netherlands - and across Europe - are working normally.
