Overview of the issue
- As of 13 Jun 2026 - 11:02:28, there has been an issue with service outage with COMMERZBANK_AG.
- All the end-user experience will be affected.

What Yaspa is doing
- We have escalated the issue to COMMERZBANK_AG and are now waiting for confirmation of a swift solution from COMMERZBANK_AG.
- We can confirm that everything at Yaspa is operational and working as normal.

- No further action is required.
